Midas XL4-2 is a 2-channel vacuum tube microphone preamplifier designed for vocals, instruments and line-level sources. Its Class-A dual-mono architecture, 12AX7 vacuum tubes and AIR circuitry are designed to deliver warm, clear and controllable signal handling in studio, live and recording applications.

The unit offers a wide gain range, illuminated VU meters, phantom power, low cut filter, phase reverse and pad functions in a rugged 2U rackmount chassis. Available technical information also lists balanced XLR microphone inputs, balanced XLR and 1/4" TRS outputs, universal mains power support and a maximum power consumption of 30 W.
