We ship to EU contries but as we are currently unable to calculate shipping cost at checkout please proceed with your order by selecting any available shipping option or send us an email to orders [at] heliart.ee and our backoffice team will get back to you shortly.
Important note to customers from Baltic States and Finland
Please bear with us while we are optimizing the checkout procedure for the smoother purchace experience. Dedicated shipping option will be added shortly as well as quick payment option for Baltic and Finnish banks. Shipping cost to parcel station to Finland and Baltic States is 11,90 EUR.
How to place an order:
- Select shipping option Cargobus 11,90 EUR
- Leave a note with preferred parcel station to the comments section of the checkout page
- Select Payment option Bank transfer
- Once all the steps are completed an Order Confirmation will be sent via email.

DELIVERY IN ESTONIA
There are two shipping options available.
Door to door delivery by courier for 7,90€
Shipping usually takes 1-3 days for products which are currently in stock and usually 7-10 working days for products which are on order.
When placing an order for both, in stock and on order products you have an option to wait for all products to arrive in our stock and shipped together or you could have all available products delivered separately by filling "ship all available items" checkmark.
Receiving the package
The package will be delivered to the address you have listed in checkout. You can also add the comment if you have specific delivery times when you would like to get your package. In the morning of the day of delivery, you will get an SMS with the exact time of delivery to the mobile number you listed in checkout. The courier will call you prior to arrival.
The accuracy of the COURIER is about 30 minutes. If the courier fails to deliver the package to you at the first attempt, they will try one more time or you may choose the package to be delivered to the parcel terminal of your choice at no extra cost.
Delivery to Cargobus parcel terminal for 11,90€
This option is usually the fastest way to get your order in Estonia. Parcel will arrive to Cargobus parcel terminal at the same day or the day after it has left our warehouse which will be confirmed by an email. Cargobus terminals are open on weekends as well.
Important! Please make sure you write the preferred Cargobus terminal pickup location at the comment section.
